GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCBD) - Tuesday August 5 officers responded to Royal Lanes bowling alley at 106 Central Avenue in Goose Creek for shots fired inside the building.
Police were advised that a bearded man, later identified as Gary Fraley, was inside the building brandishing a firearm.
Soon after police arrived at the scene they had evacuated all bystanders from the building.
Fraley was taken into custody at 7:11 p.m. by SWAT after they had entered the business. He is charged with Assault and Battery and Kidnapping.
No injuries were reported in this incident.
