CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Charleston police say they are searching for a 23-year-old man accused of stabbing a victim during an argument at the office of a downtown Charleston staffing agency Monday morning.
Officials say Esaup Wood stabbed another man multiple times during an argument over stolen sneakers at Trojan Labor on King Street around 5:50 a.m.
The victim, who suffered injuries to his torso, was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, police say.
Officials say Wood and the victim knew each other.
Wood is wanted for attempted murder and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
