GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - Berkeley County deputies say a 20-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday after drugs, drug paraphernalia, and a stolen hand gun were found inside her apartment.
Peyton Almers of Goose Creek has been charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of a stolen firearm during the commission of a violent crime and possession with intent to distribute LSD.
Deputies say a search warrant was executed at Almers' apartment on Harbor Lake Drive Wednesday. Inside, officials found methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, a stolen handgun and numerous drug paraphernalia, including pipes, digital scales and plastic bags.
Authorities also found components of a meth lab inside the apartment, a release states.
Deputies say an arrest and charges against another suspect may be forthcoming.
Almers is being held at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center.
