CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Charleston police are on the lookout for a suspect who robbed a man at gunpoint Tuesday night at a West Ashley apartment complex.
According to an incident report, the robbery took place around 8:20 p.m. in a parking lot at Village Square Apartments.
Police say the victim was getting out of his vehicle when the suspect approached and yelled "give me your money" while pointing what appeared to be a black handgun at the victim.
The suspect then ran towards the back of the apartment complex, police say.
