CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Sources tell Live 5 News that a former Charleston banker involved in a highly publicized divorce has been arrested.
According to sources, Federal agents with the Bureau of Alcohol and Tobacco and Firearms have arrested Christopher Latham.
ATF agents picked up Latham while he was vacationing at Lake Jocassee in the Upstate. We understand Latham is being booked into the Charleston Count jail.
Latham has been in the news for months in a nasty, high profile divorce.
Police have arrested four people accusing them of connections with an alleged murder for hire plot. The target is Latham's estranged wife Nancy.
One of the suspects, Samuel Yenawine, hanged himself in the Georgetown County jail in June.
