BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Berkeley County sheriff's deputies are looking for a man they say kidnapped and assaulted two females Saturday.

Berkeley County Sheriff's spokesman Dan Moon says two females in their 30's told investigators that they were abducted from the Moncks Corner area and dropped off along the same road they were taken from.

Deputies say the women told them they were assaulted by Gary Wayne Woodside Jr., 44, from Bonneau.

Woodside was last seen in a green 2003 Ford Explorer with red stripes and a Washington Redskin license plate on the front. The truck should be displaying a South Carolina tag GGA-739.

Investigators say Woodside is wanted for attempted murder and other pending charges by the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office.
