NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) -
North Charleston police say this man is wanted in connection with three convenience store robberies in the area.
Officers believe he robbed the Citgo in the 4600 block of Rivers Avenue on June 24 and July 1, then a Circle K in the 5300 block of Rivers Avenue on July 2, according to North Charleston police spokesman Spencer Pryor.
In the June 24 incident, he allegedly walked behind the counter after demanding money and walked away with between $80 to $100, the report stated. On Saturday, he walked into the same store and rolled a cap over his face and took $100 in cash and $6.60 in cigarettes, the report stated.
Sunday night, the man walked into the Circle K, asked for a pack of cigarettes and pulled the stocking cap over his face, the report stated. The man then put his hand in his waist like he was holding a gun, but the clerk said he didn't see one, according to the incident report. He also took approximately $134 from the register after asking for the money, the report stated.
The man is described as a small build, roughly 145 pounds with facial hair.
