Suspects Sought In Downtown Armed Robbery
Charleston Police is asking for help in locating two suspects who committed an armed robbery Thursday, January 28, 2016, in the area of Elizabeth Street and Henrietta Street.
The incident occurred about 11:15 p.m. while the victim was walking on Henrietta near Elizabeth. He was approached by two men, one of which was armed with a handgun. They took his cell phone and wallet. The victim was not injured.
The first suspect is a black male 18 to 23 years old, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall. The second suspect is a black male 18 to 23 years old and about 6 feet tall.
