NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - North Charleston police are on the lookout after a man attempting to steal goods from a Remount Road convenience store was able to get a hold of a store clerk's gun and fire off multiple shots.
Police say the incident began just before 6:30 a.m. when a clerk at SS Mart, located at 1629 Remount Road, confronted a man who was spotted on surveillance video stealing an item.

No one was injured and no property was damaged.
