MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WCSC) - Another U-Haul has been stolen from a La Quinta Inn, this time in Myrtle Beach.
The Myrtle Beach Police Department department says a 20-foot truck was stolen Tuesday morning.
Investigators say the family was in the process of moving from North Carolina.
According to the police report, the family last saw the truck around 1 a.m. Then at 7 a.m., it was gone. The truck was found in Williamsburg County, empty and burned.
This incident comes just five days after a U-Haul truck was stolen from the La Quinta Inn on Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston.
North Charleston police say that truck was also found empty in Williamsburg County.
