MONCKS CORNER, SC (WCSC) - A judge set bond at $900,000 Wednesday night for the first suspect arrested in a shooting which injured three people at the Nowhere Bar and Grill.

Gourdine, 38 stood quietly as the judge read him his rights and charges connected to the early Sunday shooting at the Nowhere Bar and Grill. Detective Fenton, for the state of South Carolina was a voice for the alleged victims.

"Three people's lives were pretty much changed forever," said Fenton.

Gourdine didn't have much to say to the judge after his bond was set at $900,000.

According to a court document, Gourdine allegedly waited for his victims in this parking lot of the bar before allegedly shooting them. That detail played a crucial role in determining his bond.

"They were basically shot at almost point blank range with a shotgun," said Fenton. "One of the victims might actually lose his arm."

Gourdine was charged with three counts of attempted murder, conspiracy, and weapons possession charges.The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office say he, and another man, were seen on surveillance video at the Nowhere Bar and Grill at the time of the shooting.

During the bond hearing, his family watched the proceedings, but the other side of the room, where his alleged victims would have been, was empty.

"They aren't able to be here today because they are seeking medical attention," said Fenton, referring the alleged shooting victims.
