DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - State probation and parole agents in Dorchester County are looking for 49 year old Larry Todd Perry.

Perry is wanted for a probation violation.

"His original charge was intimidation of a witness and criminal sexual conduct in the third degree," said Agent Micky Talley.

A judge sentenced Perry to five years in prison and five years probation.

Talley said Perry was not consistent with it came to reporting to his probation officer.

He was supposed to come to court on August 14 for using drugs while on probation, but didn't show up.

"And now his whereabouts are unknown so he's not living at the registered address where he reports," Talley said.

Talley said Perry needs to be off the streets.

"Registered sex offender, drug use, having no clue where he is right now in our community, it's entirely disturbing. I think he's desperate. I think he's desperate to hide out. I think he's desperate not to go back to prison."

Perry stands 5'10" and weighs about 240 pounds.

He may be hiding in Lincolnville, Ladson or Summerville.
