BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Officials with the Beaufort County Sheriff's Offices say a man who exposed himself to a woman may be connected to a rash of similar incidents.

Deputies charged 36-year-old Ellison Ryan Dilsaver Wednesday morning on one count of indecent exposure. Authorities say Dilsaver was arrested after being identified as the man who exposed himself and committed sexual acts on himself in front of a woman in the Royal Pines subdivision.

The sheriff's office says that the victim was in her yard gardening when Dilsaver arrived in front of her home in a green Dodge pickup truck.

The victim reported that the suspect got out of his truck and was nude from the waist down. According to the victim, Dilsaver then began to commit sexual acts on himself.

Investigators say there have been several similar accounts of a subject in a green pickup truck exposing himself that have been reported by residents in Pleasant Point Plantation over the last six months.

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information to call MSgt. J. Purdy at 843-225-3403 or Beaufort County Dispatch Center at 843-524-2777.
