NORTH CHARLESTON,SC - On 9-21-11, members of the NCPD S.P.E.E.D. Team conducted a narcotics buy-bust operation throughout the city, due to open air narcotics street sales. The team utilized an undercover officer to buy drugs.

The following arrests were made:

Charge: Distribution of an Imitation Substance

Location: 4327 Spruill Avenue
Suspect: Valdez Wright (06-07-1984)
Bexley Street, N. Charleston, SC 29405
Charge: Distribution of Cocaine Base

Location: 4327 Spruill Avenue
Margaret Kicklighter (07-26-1964)
Helm Avenue, N. Charleston, SC 29405
Charge: Distribution of Cocaine Base
