COLLETON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -
State Probation and Parole agents in Colleton County are looking for Deonte Dicks.

Dicks, 24, is wanted for a probation violation after being convicted for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

"The victim in that case was a young lady that he apparently provided alcohol to and she consumed such an amount of alcohol that she died as a result," said agent in charge Jay Lemacks.

Dicks could have gotten up to three years in prison but wound up with two years probation, but the wanted man failed to report to his probation officer and moved without permission.

A warrant was issued for his arrest in march.

"Apparently is not concerned about what the community thinks by violating the terms of his probation," said Lemacks.

"All it's gonna take is one phone call from a neighbor that says they know where Mr. Dicks is and I know I'm gonna get that phone call soon."

Dicks stands 5'7' and weighs about 200 lbs.
