WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) - Charleston County sheriff's deputies say that two men carrying guns robbed the Cellular Spot on Ashley River Road in West Ashley just after 4 p.m. Saturday.

The victim said that two men came in the store asking about cheap cell phones. After, the victim then told the men that he would have more phones next week, one of the suspects pulled out a pistol and said, "Give me the money."

The other suspect then ran to the counter while the first suspect continued to yell,"Give me the money and open the register."

An incident report states that one of the suspects took money from the register and then told the victim to give him his wallet. The victim told the suspects that he did not have any cash and told them to take his wallet instead.

The suspect said, "I don't want that cheap watch," and began to fumble with cell phones behind the register.

When a customer walked into the business, both suspects left the business.

The sheriff's office describes the first suspect as a black male, 6-feet, 150 to 160 lbs, short hair and wearing a black shirt with blue jeans. The second suspect is described as a black male, 6-feet, 150 to 160 lbs with a go-tee, short hair, wearing a tan shirt and blue jeans.

If you have any information you are asked to call the sheriff's office of Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
