CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Charleston Police are still searching for the man responsible for robbing a downtown Charleston liquor store with a taser two weeks ago.
Police responded to a call at East Bay Wine and Spirits on 289 East Bay St on July 18. A store employee said that a man entered the store with an orange taser and said ,"I'm desperate, give me all your money." After the employee gave the suspect all the money in the register, the man left the business on foot going west down Wentworth Street before turning north on Anson Street.
The suspect is described as a white male, 30-40 years old, between the heights of 5'8" and 5'10", and weighing 160 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, had long blond hair and a mustache.
