Twana McBeth, 50, was charged with simple possession of marijuana. Shane Barnwell, 27, was charged with possession of cocaine base. Sanquan Fyall, 25, was arrested on warrants for distribution of cocaine base. Kristin Deon Bolger, 23, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute heroin.
