NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - North Charleston police are looking for a man they say robbed a Hess gas station at gunpoint overnight.
According to police, the suspect came into the store armed with a handgun and demanded money from the cashier. The cashier complied and the suspect fled the business toward Bailey Drive.
Nobody was hurt during the robbery, but a woman at the gas pump did have a panic attack when she saw the robbery and EMS responded to treat her.
The suspect is described as a black male between age 25 and 30. He is about 6'0" and weighs 175 pounds. He was wearing a grey hoodie, black pants and a red hat.
