COLLETON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Colleton County sheriff's deputies are seeking the public's help in locating a man wanted for distribution of crack cocaine and two magistrate court bench warrants for failure to appear.
According to the Colleton County Sheriff's Office, 38-year-old James Ferguson, Jr. has two magistrate court bench warrants for failure to appear on one count of larceny and one count of driving under suspension. He is also wanted for distribution of crack cocaine.
Ferguson, also known as "J-five", is avoiding apprehension and has had a past conviction of a firearms violation, according to a sheriff's office release. His last known address is 314 Roadside Drive in Yemassee.
Ferguson is described a black male, about 6'4" and weighing 230 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Deputies consider the subject to be armed and dangerous.
