Late morning bank robbery in Mount Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC - The Mount Pleasant Police Department is investigating a late morning bank robbery.
The First National Bank of the South at 651 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard was robbed at gunpoint sometime around 11AM Friday, according to Mount Pleasant Police.
The suspect in the robbery, pictured to the right, is considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect is a white male in his 30s, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 200-220 pounds. He wore a white T-shirt with a logo and khaki pants. He has a short hair cut and is slightly balding, and has a goatee He also has several tattoos on his right arm.
