SUMMERVILLE, SC - A 17-year-old was gunned down in the street of a Summerville subdivision just before midnight Tuesday.

Terrell James Anderson of North Charleston died after he was shot multiple times in the Weatherstone subdivision, Capt. James Rogers of the Summerville Police Department said.

Rogers said the shooting took place in the traffic circle near the entrance of the subdivision. Police responded about 11:45 p.m. and found Anderson's body just around the corner from the traffic circle, in the 300 block of Southport Drive.

Summerville Police have identified Makandi Leviticous Akeem Terry of North Charleston as a suspect and is wanted for murder. Police say they are also looking for Everrick Rashaun Magwood of Summerville as a person of interest.
