NORTH CHARLESTON, SC - Police are investigating the death on a North Charleston man as a homicide.
According to reports, around noon on Thursday, May 28 the body of Corey Chapman, 30, of North Charleston was found in a wooded area off of Plantation Drive. Chapman was found on the bank of a stream.
The Coroner said Chapman died from a gunshot wound and the incident is being investigated as a homicide. Police have not determined a motive or identified a suspect.
