LADSON, SC - Authorities are investigating a report of a white female dressed in a security-type uniform who attempted the armed robbery of a Li'L Cricket convenience store on Highway 78 and Von Ohnsen Road early Monday.
The uniform may be a private security or an armored car company, the Charleston County Sheriff's Department reported.
The jacket worn by the suspect is a "Bomber" style jacket with an orange inside lining. The jacket has an unknown patch on the left arm and an American flag on the right. The uniform shirt maybe white in color under the jacket.
The weapon used is a pistol grip shotgun. The suspect was not able to take any money.
